In pursuit of such premium quality candidates we tend to attract highly trained and well motivated Ex Forces and other uniformed organisations personnel. Although Force 10 Recruitment does not solely concentrate on placing Ex Military Personnel (we believe top quality people exist in all walks of life) it is however able to offer bespoke recruitment services to Ex Forces personnel and companies wanting to take advantage of this well disciplined, flexible and highly motivated work force.
The team at Force 10 have over 35 years of combined military and recruitment experience.
History
Force 10 Recruitment services was founded by Tony Ward an Ex Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM) in the Royal Logistic Corps. After spending 24 years in the forces and 2 years in civilian life as both an employee and employer he felt some frustration with the level of service he experienced from the recruitment industry as a client and candidate. He simply thought it could be done better. At 3 O'clock one morning he wrote the following vision and values statement and began the journey to start his own company.

Having limited experience of the recruitment industry Tony then began to test the recruitment market as a candidate and client to see if he could find a recruitment company that closely matched these values that he could work and train with. After several tall stories and hundreds of CVs later Tony came across an independent and growing company that bowled him over with its friendly, professional and efficient approach. Austin Banks had scored 10 out of 10 across the board and was based in the town that Tony had grown up in, so he went to meet their founder and owner James Squires a veteran of the Yorkshire recruitment industry and proprietor of Yorkshire Jobs Net website.
Impressed with Tony's passion for the quality of ex-force personnel and determination to create a company that truly offered outstanding levels of service James agreed to join forces with Tony to launch Force 10 Recruitment Ltd.
