Prestigious Ex-Forces Recruitment event coming to Doncaster Racecourse. 7th July 2011
Force 10 Recruitment in partnership with The National Skills Academy (Power) www.power.nsacademy.co.uk are pleased to announce that the prestigious Ex Forces Think Power Recruitment event is coming to Doncaster Racecourse on the 7th July 2011, bringing with it some of the worlds leading Power Generation and distribution companies.
The aim of the event is to highlight the employment opportunities in the energy production, and distribution sectors to ex military personnel looking for a second career that is as challenging and rewarding as their first one.
Managing Director of Force 10 Recruitment said “It is absolutely brilliant that the National Skills Academy (Power) have chosen Doncaster Racecourse for this event. I believe that Ex Military personnel are really well suited to the power industry; they are flexible, robust, well disciplined and able to re-train and re-focus; just what this industry needs.”
It is estimated that in the Yorkshire and Humberside region alone 30,000 to 40,000 jobs will be created, in the next few years, in Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) and Offshore Wind.
