The two companies first came into contact as part of Doncaster’s Business Buddies scheme when Beta took on the role of mentor to Force 10 Recruitment. which was originally founded in April 2007 by Tony Ward, specifically to assist former Service personnel find work.
The organisation is now so successful that it has expanded to encompass all those looking for work in an increasingly diverse range of industries.
Under the partnership agreement, Beta will provide both back office support and technical expertise as well as access to its national and international client base – enabling Force 10 to expand and consolidate.
